This registration form for the Yuasa Grand Fair in Thailand 2025 event is provided by The White Labels Limited, on behalf of Happenn, and managed by Yuasa Trading (Thailand) as the event organizer. Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly before proceeding with any actions for your maximum benefit.
Data Collection
This form serves to collect your personal information for processing and use in various activities related to the event mentioned above, such as self-identification for event check-in, sending email newsletters, or conducting prize giveaways.
Your information will be stored in our software systems, encrypted, and only accessible by relevant individuals who are necessary to use the data. This includes two groups: the team of The White Labels Limited, as the software service provider, and the event organizing company, which is a customer of Happenn.
As the data owner, you have the right to manage the data provided to us through event registration, as stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This includes the rights to be informed, correct data, withdraw consent, restrict usage, access, transfer, object to processing, request deletion/destruction, or file complaints. You can exercise these rights by contacting the event organizer through the provided channels at any time.
Data Processing
Your data will be used exclusively for activities that are necessary and related to the event as mentioned above, such as event check-in, sending important email newsletters, E-Ticket issuance for event attendance, online seminar logins, or random name selection for prize giveaways.
We do not have a policy of sharing your personal data with third parties or external organizations unless requested by the event organizer for their self-management of event organization beyond the scope of our services.
Your data may be analyzed for measuring and improving future event organization by the event organizer, but it will not be used for marketing purposes unrelated to this specific event.
Data Management After the Event
Your data will be deleted from Happenn's system within 30 days after the end of the event.
Additional Note
For the safety of your data in areas not covered by our care, we recommend that you refrain from disclosing or forwarding your account names, passwords, or electronic entry tickets in QR Code format sent by our system to unrelated individuals.
